By downloading, installing, or using the InstantForms mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InstantForms is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Generate forms using natural language prompts, images, and voice input
  • Export forms to third-party platforms (Google Forms, Airtable, Typeform)
  • Store and manage form templates in InstantForms cloud

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may create an account using Google
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

3.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use InstantForms for lawful purposes including:

  • Creating forms for business, educational, or personal use
  • Processing text, image, and audio input to generate structured forms
  • Exporting forms to supported third-party platforms

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use InstantForms to:

  • Create forms for illegal activities or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Collect personal information without proper consent
  • Generate spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. AI Processing and Content

5.1 Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to the App
  • We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated forms
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content for service provision
  • Generated forms and outputs are owned by you
  • We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Export Platforms

  • Integration with Google Forms, Airtable, and Typeform requires separate authentication
  • Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms

6.2 Third-Party Data

  • Data exported to third-party platforms is subject to their privacy policies
  • We do not control how third-party platforms handle your data
  • You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform requirements

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

  • We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You consent to data processing necessary for service provision
  • Audio recordings are processed temporarily and not permanently stored

7.2 Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

  • InstantForms and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
  • All trademarks and service marks are owned by their respective owners

8.2 User Content

  • You represent that you have rights to all content you submit
  • You will not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

  • We provide the service “as is” without warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9.2 Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE

10. Subscription and Payments

10.1 Free and Paid Features

  • Basic features may be available for free
  • Premium features may require subscription or one-time payment
  • Prices and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase

10.2 Refunds

  • Refund policies are subject to App Store and Google Play policies
  • Contact us for refund requests outside of platform policies
  • Refunds are processed according to the platform where you made the purchase

11. Termination

11.1 By You

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination

11.2 By Us

  • We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms
  • We may suspend or terminate the service with or without notice
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App

12. Updates and Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Significant changes will be communicated through the App or email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

  • We may release updates to improve functionality and security
  • Some updates may be required for continued service access
